It was close to a supermarket and several restaurants, and very accessible to the Palenque ruins. Although it was somewhat away from downtown, the tranquil atmosphere made up for it. Our room was spacious and clean with friendly staff helping us with our luggage. the restaurant had delicious meals, especially the breakfast that included some local delights. We enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful outdoor pool area and spotting some wildlife such as monkeys and iguanas.
The hotel's internet connection was not stable.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location in the center was extremely convenient, being close to the Palenque ruins and a large supermarket. The service provided was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry available. The hotel also offered a shuttle service and airport transportation, making our travel experience hassle-free. The room amenities were fantastic, including a comfortable sitting area and a balcony with a view. The in-room air conditioning ensured a pleasant temperature, and we greatly appreciated the hairdryer and free toiletries provided. The television and Wi-Fi were also great additions, allowing us to stay connected and entertained during our downtime. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving delicious meals and drinks. Additionally, the spa and outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Great pool area, perfect for cooling down and enjoying the sunshine. The location is also very convenient with easy access to main roads and local supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good Wi-Fi signal.
The hotel could use some updates, as the furniture and amenities seem a bit outdated. The breakfast was basic and could be improved with more options. it was a good experience, but with some small improvements, it could be even better.
